How do I know my order has been successful
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will be sent an Order Confirmation email. (Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us and we'll be sure to re send this for you.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.
Of course you are welcome to return your order once you have received it, please see our shipping & returns for advise on how to do this.
Will I need to pay taxes and duties on my order?
Some countries may be liable to pay additional customs/duties tax so please check with your local customs office before ordering
Can I exchange my item?
We do accept exchanges. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
What if my jewellery is damaged or faulty?
We apologise in advance if you experience any faults with your jewellery. Please contact us on info@featherandchain.com to discuss your issue before returning the item.
